| Utilizing CNNE’s
24-hour Emergency Service |

Call CNNE’s Emergency Hotline,
800-967-3135 and provide the following information:
a. Your name
b. Company name
c. Telephone number where you can be reached (including area code)
d. Reason for your call (e.g., post-accident situation, reasonable cause, etc.) and the city and state where the incident occurred
The Hotline operator will then page CNNE Emergency Coordinator. Please remain accessible by phone.
The Emergency Coordinator will contact you for the following information:
a. Nature of request
b. Location of individuals involved
c. Location of incident and collection location
d. Services to be performed (drug screen, alcohol screen, etc.)
e. Additional contact names and phone numbers
The Emergency Coordinator will then contact the appropriate CNNE collector and direct them to the collection site.
It is requested that a company supervisor be present throughout the entire collection process.
